The artwork presents an image of cyclical rotation in a perpetually fluid state, achieving a marvelous balance between lightness and solidity among different materials. "Circulation" thus symbolically represents the mission of the Diredorate General of Highways: to ensure the free flow of resources on this land, so that it grows as a nified living organism. This artwork is meant to stand as a microcosm of Wanhua, the home of the Directorate General of Highways. Incorporating the shape of the island of Taiwan, it reinterprets the district of Wanhua in abstract form, integrating real-time interactive and digital projection technology to provide the radiant experience of projection mapping.
