Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) is the hbu of Taiwan energy control and also hlding the helm of national energy Policy. "Repluging into Nature" symbolizes a vision of Tai-power's future energy policy. Ribbon of Light and new landscape elements will improve the physical environment around the Taipower Headquarter, also transform the plaza into a friendly and comfortable urban public space; hence, Taipower can become a well-respected member of the community. Ribbon of Light creates the image of electric cable line surrounding the building, together with the new green terrace garden, the headquarter plaza will be a welcoming human-scale space providing shade and shelter. At night time, the plaza will be lighted up by solar energy from the roof. Ribbon of Light is framing a pedestrian arcade between the sky and the landscape, as if leading people's footsteps to walk in the forest. In the near future, "Repluging into Nature" and all the dynamic public artworks convey the idea of energy saving, the image of green energy, and nature power will strengthen Taiwan Power Company's vision and determination of embrace green and renewable energy.
