Poetically Mirrors the Landscape originates from a travel experience. When sitting in a vehicle, we often see power lines suspended on poles outside the window, which seem to undulating as the car moves forward. In this visual form we can see the dedication and hardworking spirit of power crews. As electricity flows through the lines, it flies fast across the landscape to us, so that we can enjoy its convenience in comfort. This recollection inspired us to create a place to rest. In this seemingly abstract seating area, a landscape can be found in the mirror. When sitting in this space, one can try to discern the scene and also see one's own image warped. This can be viewed as a metaphor for the illusory nature of the self. The sky, the street scene and the traffic all become distorted and blurry. Only in that instant can we truly pay attention to the landscape.
