The theme of this artwork is the 61st Arsenal, the predecessor of the 202nd Arsenal. In Chinese, "61" is a homonym of the "Six Arts" : Rites, Music, Archery, Charioteering, Calligraphy, and Mathematics, which form a holistic, humanistic national defense education. The likenesses of adorable children combined with images of armament production form a landscape and are also designed as a piano bench, on which people can sit and rest. This sculpture expresses both the beauty of reading and the rhythmic flow of music. It highlights the importance of "nurturing quality personnel "and" integrating national defense with the people's livelihood, "representing the lofty sentiments and aspirations of the ROC Armed Forces to be well educated and trained in military exercises. It also creates the pleasant atmosphere of civilians being able to live in peace and joy under the strong protection of the Armed Forces.
