This public art Four Season Rondo wants to befriend the local residents with different ele ments. By positioning on the first and the ninth floors, this series of artwork recreates the idyllic four-season life of the Fragrant Rice Community. The blue seeds of water spin along the wind that the passersby perceive the joy of vibrant colors and the natural rhyth m of the breeze.
